NOTICE OF COVID-19 DIAGNOSIS

 

As per the Emergency Management Order Regarding Nursing Home and Other Long-Term Care Communities, dated April 7, 2020, this Notice is intended to communicate that Golden Palms Rehabilitation and Retirement learned on June 4, 2020, that one (1) of its residents has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
